| Walter Scott Chief Executive Officer Walter most recently served as the CEO of Acronis, a provider of scalable storage management and disaster recovery software, where in the space of three years he increased revenues from less than $20 million to approximately $120 million for 2008. Prior to joining Acronis, he was the CEO of Imceda Software where he executed a combination of leadership and marketing strategies that resulted in a successful sale of the company to Quest Software for $61 million. Walter was also instrumental in Embacadero's successful IPO in 2000. He started his career in sales with Banyan Systems where he contributed to the growth and success that lead to Banyan's IPO. Walter holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. |

| Phil Bousfield General Manager, GFI Infrastructure Business Unit Phil has over 15 years of software development experience. He has held a variety of engineering and commercial roles and prior to joining GFI he was Head of International Operations for VERITAS. This was a multi-national sales role with a strong focus on Channel business at both enterprise and SME level. He was also head of engineering for Insignia Solutions where he was responsible for compilation and emulation technologies. |

| Josef Calleja Vice-President, Finance With over 15 years’ experience in the finance sector, Josef joined GFI in 2005 as the EMEA Financial Controller. Today, Josef manages the group’s corporate finance function which also includes order processing and business operations in general. Having started his career in the financial services industry, he has gained vast experience with businesses ranging from start-ups to those having complex group accounting and tax structures. Immediately prior to joining GFI, Josef served as group finance manager in the manufacturing industry; this enabled him to build an in-depth knowledge of cost and management accounting and, most importantly, of IT. |

| Alex Eckelberry General Manager, GFI Security Business Unit Formerly CEO of Sunbelt Software, Alex Eckelberry joined GFI subsequent to GFI's acquisition of Sunbelt. He has over 20 years of experience in technology and related areas, having worked for Borland International, Quarterdeck Corporation, Mijenix Software and Ontrack Data. Alex also spent several years working in private equity at Bulldog Capital Management (acquired by Monitor, Inc.), where he invested in a wide range of technology companies. An expert on computer security, Alex has written extensively on the subject and has spoken at a number of industry conferences. In 2005, he was publicly recognized by Google for contributions to Google's security and product safety. His community involvement includes co-founding Phishing Incidence and Response Termination (PIRT) and the Julie Group, which seeks fairness in the intersection of technology and law. |

| Alistair Forbes General Manager, GFI MAX Business Unit As General Manager of the GFI MAX Business Unit, Alistair is responsible for GFI’s solutions serving the company’s IT Support and Managed Service Provider customers. Alistair joined GFI following the acquisition of HoundDog Technology, which he co-founded in 2004. He has extensive technology leadership experience in both SME and large corporate environments, defining and delivering high tech solutions in a number of vertical markets. He has particular expertise in Internet technologies and has been responsible for delivering a range of innovative online solutions over the last 10 years. Originally qualified as a research scientist, Alistair has also held senior roles in consulting organizations through which he has gained insight into a broad range of business sectors. Alistair has a B.Sc. from Aberdeen University and a Ph.D. from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. |

| Sergio Galindo Chief Information Officer Sergio has over 20 years of global professional IT experience, 18 of them in the financial industry with the Bank of New York, Bankers Trust and most recently Lehman Brothers as Senior Vice President in the Information Technology Division. At Lehman Brothers he was responsible for implementing global initiatives including standardization of the Windows Desktop and Server infrastructures, as well as Microsoft Exchange/email, BlackBerry and LehmanLive, the group’s web portal. Sergio was also responsible for developing IT strategies, product development, global application deployment and production support for the Americas. |

| Ed Harnish Vice-President, Marketing Ed is a 25-year veteran of the high technology industry and he has a long track record of providing both customer and shareholder value. A pioneer of the concept of customer centric organizations - where everyone in an organization works toward a clear set of goals that empower its customer base to become more competitive - Ed has assisted dozens of companies to achieve their growth goals. Prior to joining GFI, he was VP of Marketing at Acronis Inc., contributing to the company’s growth from less than $20m in 2005 to $120m in 2008. He has held senior positions at Aptus Technologies, Switchboard and Banyan Systems. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Ed was honorably discharged in 1979. |

| Pat Hume Senior Vice-President, Worldwide Sales Pat Hume is Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales. A 29-year industry veteran, she has a long track record of successfully building and growing profitable sales programs at some of the largest technology companies in the world. Prior to joining GFI, she was senior vice president of all indirect sales at SAP, having started there as global senior vice president of channel sales for small/medium enterprises. Before SAP, Hume was with Avaya where she oversaw global channel sales for small/medium enterprises and was quickly promoted to Group Vice President of the SME Division. Prior to Avaya, Hume served as CEO/President of VerticalNet. Hume started her distinguished career at IBM, where she held numerous management positions in R+D, Marketing, Sales, and Channel. She spent 17 years at the company, her last post there being vice president of business partner sales and marketing for IBM’s Lotus Division. |

| Mark Patton Vice-President, Product Development Prior to Sunbelt Software joining the GFI family, Mark Patton was VP Research and Development, managing Sunbelt's research and development teams as well as all quality assurance. He was previously VP of Engineering with Fortis Software. Prior to Fortis, he was with Microsoft, where he served in the product development teams for BackOffice and most recently the .NET framework. Before that, Patton worked at Executive Software, the leader in IT tools and disk management, as their director of product development. Mark holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. |

| Julian Waits Vice-President, Strategic Relationships Julian brings over 20 years of software business development and executive management to GFI. Prior to joining GFI Julian was CEO of Brabeion Software which was sold to Archer Technologies, now RSA. Prior to founding Brabeion, Julian managed partnerships and M&A transactions at e-Security (now Novell), BNX Systems, and BMC Software. While at BMC, Julian led over 22 transactions totaling over a billion dollars in value to the company. |

| Dave Winpenny Vice-President, Worldwide Customer Support Dave Winpenny has nearly 30 years' experience in the high tech customer and technical support industry and he is widely recognized for his contributions to the building of robust and responsive support infrastructures across the globe. Dave has operated at Vice-President level for the past 12 years with Seagate Software, VERITAS Software and CA and has helped to develop new solutions for global support issues. During his career, Dave has led support organizations for a number of small sub-$100m software/hardware companies through their development, growth and success. Dave holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Staffordshire University and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Open University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management and member of the Institute of Directors. |
